In case there is a gap between your usage and the amount predicted at the beginning of your plan, a QEnrgy Account Manager will contact you to make the necessary adjustments.

If you’re a residential customer who is finding it difficult to pay your electricity bills in the short term or over an extended period of time, you may find relief with QEnergy’s Stay ON Program. When you register for this program, you will be automatically assigned your own Account Manager who can help tailor a payment plan customised to your financial situation. You’ll also receive access to useful information including financial advice, energy efficiency tips and concessional and rebate assistance. While you are engaged in this program, you can rest assured your electricity will not be disconnected.

There are several state based energy concessions and rebates available to residential customers with special circumstances to help manage their energy costs (i.e. low income households, medical conditions, etc). You can check on the concessions available in your state as well as the eligibility requirements you need to meet.
Switching your electricity provider to QEnergy is a breeze. All you need to do is request a call back from a QEnergy agent by providing your name, primary contact details and your preferred call time through an online form. You should receive a call within the next 48 hours to answer your questions and help you make the switch. QEnergy will even notify your current electricity retailer on your behalf that from your next scheduled meter read, QEnergy will be your new retailer. While you’ll still be serviced by the same distributor, you will now receive your electricity bill from QEnergy.
