After months of rumours and hot anticipation, Samsung has now unveiled a new generation to their flagship Galaxy smartphone line: the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23, for release on 23 February 2023.
So what’s new about these mobile phones? And where can you preorder?
Samsung Galaxy S23 series price, specs, and plans
The headline features of the new Galaxy S23 series are the phenomenally improved camera performance (boasting Nightography enhancements, hundreds of Megapixels, and AI image correction for lightning-fast autofocus and super HDR) and boosted battery life.
Gamers, take note: processing power has also received a huge upgrade with the inclusion of the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform – a chip that Samsung claims carries 30% more oomph than the S22 series. The series is also 5G ready, meaning you can go warp speed with your streaming and gameplay!
The design of the new Galaxies has also been refinished for a sleeker, more modern look, complete with recycled materials. Colours come in Cream, Phantom Black, Green, and Lavender. Some Samsung.com.au online exclusive colour options exist, too, such as Red, Graphite, Sky Blue, and Lime (though not every S23 model will have every colour available).
