AMEX has been a fantastic credit card. Whenever I have a dispute or an overcharge they are straight on to it. Never a problem - 5 stars!

There are a lot of pros which include ample ATM accesses (being part of Westpac), great customer service, great online/mobile banking experience. The only con I have experienced thus far is when I went into the branch to apply for a guarantor release the branch manager was unsure of the new online application process. This made me slightly uncertain about whether we were doing it correctly. However, she quickly assured me by making phone calls and double checking certain questions.
