I have banked with them for over 20 years and staff are always ready to help. You don't have huge queues and the teller machines are free. I don't pay any monthly fees.
Staff are very friendly & efficient, they phone on renewal as I have requested, they match rates when they can, phone service is personal and usually not on hold etc.
