Happy with every me bank product I've used, great savings rates and fair credit rates. Plus no fees or payments just for having a credit account with them. Good customer service too.
Have been with ME bank forever and usually they are ok. Last month they took a late payment fee of $25 from my credit card when I owed $0. Called them 3 times and was on hold for 45 minutes. Found out they took the late fee because there is a 2 week window for payment which they say I missed. The payment was a direct debit under $20. No allowance for being a customer for so long and always paying any money owed on time. Finding a better bank and moving my accounts
Worst bank to deal with for credit cards or personal they simply don’t care and service is appalling avoid at all cost.

No massive charges like the bigger bank accounts.
There are minimal fees and low interest rates. Don’t forget to pay on time, there is a fee for that. ATM fees are credited back to your account.
It's a good no fuss no bother low interest rate card. Very pleased. Good response from customer service personnel when contacted.
I got this ME Credit card soon after my heart operation. I never expected to get a limit of $9400, however I used it to go on my life long dream to USA for the first time in 55 years of life, I am thankful for that for ME Bank and the best news is I am still on 9,99% into charge. Now I do have transferred my super to Hostplus who is part of ME Bank.
The online banking is excellent.
A good credit card with great interest rate, and no yearly fee. A small downside is that they have no branches, but in this day and age you don’t really need them. Very happy with ME.
They answer the phone quickly.
You do not get any unwanted fees.

I dislike the interest rates, although they are very competitive they could certainly be reduced further. The app does not have all the options to do internet banking - not easy to navigate. I think that the website is a lot worse than the app. However overall - I am very satisfied with the customer service of ME bank and have found their rates to be very competitive.
