Company is easy to access,offers additional services,eg membership card etc.The fine print is easy to understand and I can pop into their offices if I need any information.I trust the company and know I won't get the runaround.
Love the raa cover my cover covers everything I want and there's only a $100 excess the customer service is fantastic the only problem I have is they keep taking the payment out on the wrong day even though I've rung a few times about it otherwise I have no complaints
They offer discounts for more than one policy for members. Good insurance coverage, and even offer a minor pet insurance cover benefit with their home/contents insurance. Claim process is very easy, promptly handled and finalised. I have never had any issues at all. Have even recommended insurance to family members, as I believe they have the best overall insurance coverage.
RAA insurance has been great and easy to deal with. I have multiple insurance, car, house, caravan which give you a better discount. I have had a few claims, my house has flooded and a pipe burst in my wall of the bathroom. These have been quite big claims and they have been extremely helpful and excellent to deal with. Nothing but excellent service and a great company to deal with.
I have never had to claim so I have zero idea of what the claim process is like. Their prices compare relatively well with other insurance companies for same inclusions in policy.
They have looked after us exceptionally well, any claims have been assessed & paid quickly with no problems or holdups. Couldn't ask for anything better with reasonable payments.
Give very comprehensive cover at a reasonable cost and they have an excellent reputation for claims handling, unlike my previous insurer. Customer service is great and their call center is based in Australia.
