Customer Service. When I was moving, I was on hold with Origin for over 5 mins just waiting for them to take my call. In the end, I gave up and called AGL. They answered within 30 seconds and my connections were made within 5 minutes. That was 5 years ago and I haven't looked back.
Great customer service, love the live chat option,makes it easier to communicate. I submit my own readings as they always just estimate our electricity use rather then read the meters, since I've been submitting the correct readings my bills have been cheaper by a couple hundred dollars quarterly.
