They are also reliable, don’t over price, have good customer service, polite phone manner, have payment plans if you do get bogged down in bills and trying to pay them as they offer payment plans when in need.
Initially the sign up was easy and staff friendly. I recently switched to solar power with a feed in of about 10 cents. That is set to change down to 6 cents from the 1st August. When attempting to compare energy providers the bills are complicated to read. It's not specified if the rate is on or off peak and the % discount on the usage is not listed. Overall it's not user friendly as I imagine most companies would be the same in order to deter customers switching providers. My bills over summer/autumn were in credit, however with the slightest bit of cloud solar is useless and my bills are almost as they were prior.
The bill is always on time and within reason. They are easy to read and pay with clear details. I never have unnecessary black outs. They provide a good service.
