Dodo offers a range of payment options including credit card, debit card, direct debit and BPAY. You’ll also have the flexibility to update or even change your payment method by logging into your account online or over the phone but you’ll need to notify Dodo at least three business days before your next payment is due.
If you hate having to pay a large lump sum bill on a quarterly basis, Dodo bills in instalments. Using your previous gas bills and other information that you provide about your energy consumption, Dodo will calculate the estimated cost of your bill and arrange for your payment to be made in instalments. You have the flexibility to choose between weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalment options.
You may be eligible for a concession or rebate on your energy bill if you receive regular income support payments from the government and have an eligible concession card such as Pensioner Concession Card or a Health Care Card.

If you want to switch to a Dodo gas plan, you can submit your request with a simple online form or a phone application. You’ll need to have a previous gas bill handy as well as your full address, primary contact details and a valid form of identification such as your driver’s license number.
Moving your gas plan with Dodo Power and Gas
You can easily transfer your Dodo gas services to your new address with a quick call to Dodo’s customer care. The customer care is available during weekdays and there is a live chat with a Dodo agent if you need further information. Dodo will require notification at least three business days before your intended move out date and unrestricted access to your meter.
