They are great, never had a problem with them except they just shut down
This provider seems to have lower rates than other advertised online but when I compared my bill to others in the Retirement village where I live they were a lot higher. Also when I changed over to this provider they did not automatically include senior discount nor did they advise me I needed to fill in form again. They were aware I was eligible. They would not backdate it. And I received no response to my letter advising them of my concerns. When I contacted on phone was advised reply was in the mail. That was a month ago. I have been ill so am leaving til after Christmas to resolve but I am very unhappy with their customer service and still don't understand why my bills have been so high. I will probably change providers. In the past I was advised that I was eligible for senior discount by another provider. If providers want customers and a good reputation they should be honest and upfront and not take advantage of more vulnerable customers. Older customers are more likely to be loyal to a good provider.
Finally, an Australian company that focuses on renewable energy! Cares about Australian households being able to get solar and has the serious intention to make it possible to use it for more and more people. In our age companies' self-confessions are full of about doing much for climate change but in the reality only Mojo does! That’s world-changing. You can choose different plans, choose the best-suited one - they are helping to find it! They call it menu - I especially like that. Energy is so crucial- both for our Planet and for everyday life. Imagine there is no energy - how can you cook your food, heat your old bones, light up the darkness! But the Sun loves Australia so with solar energy we will survive! Mojo makes that possible. Mojo loves what it does. I love Mojo for it.
I find Mojo straight forward in all aspects, any issue or query has been resolved quickly and without stress. Their bills are easy to understand and highlight their green efforts. Since I signed up with Mojo, my stress levels about electricity bills has diminished. Thank you Mojo.
MoJo has been amazing. Their app is especially awesome as we can tell exactly how much we are spending for the month.
