Despite it taking a while to plough through all aspects of taking out cover I found the staff patient, knowledgeable and very obliging with all the detail. I was grateful for the fact they rated the policy on prospect of yearly mileage and 4 months later I upt it and it didn’t cost much more. Definitely cheaper than other companies I canvassed. I will always use Seniors.

Several Great insurance products. I love Australian seniors as I save approximately 40 per cent compared to my previous insurer. Customer service goes above and beyond what I’m accustomed to as a customer. I’m not sure people are aware of the huge savings I would recommend everyone and anyone to inquire. I would like to personally congratulate the staff at Lakehaven as I suffer from severe anxiety and was treated with kindness and respect during the application process. Thanking you kindly

As far as dealing with this insurance is great, as I haven’t had any claims with them I really don’t know how they would be if I had to claim.

I've had 1 not at fault accident. The claim was dealt with promptly. A hire car was available the next day. Repairer did an excellent job.
