Horrible experience with CHU. Still trying to get work done 15 months after storm in Brisbane. Their construction group Northstar is even worse. LACK of following up on everything. Still ongoing issues and don't know when will be resolved.

What a disgusting mob. They refused a claim when the garage ceiling fell down. They knocked back our claim on the grounds of wear and tare. We fixed the problem for $3,800. We were insured through the body corporate. They then sent us a BODY CORP renewal for $7,800. Rang AAMI INS. Same cover $4,100. We had been with CHU for many years. All ok until you make a claim. Stay clear of this mob. We are still considering Court Action.

They put me through hell making an insurance claim,?had to escalate my case to AFCA Staff are horrible, Insurance Is give below zero in rating. Customer service doesn’t exist. I’d go with AAMI for anything to be insured. Worst insurance company ever, I’ll be advising the CEO of CHU & QBE how the company is run.

WORSE Insurance Company in Australia. DON'T Trust them. They are SCUM. I had a terrible experience with them. They just love to take your money but they didn't do their job properly. Very unprofessional, Poor Quality, Not Responsive, and Poor Value.
