What do I do if there is an emergency during my trip?

If there's a medical overseas emergency on your trip it's best to immediately contact Butter's 24/7 specialist in-house emergency assistance team called Robin Assist. How do I make a claim with Butter Travel Insurance?

Is it possible to cancel my Butter Travel Insurance policy?

Yes, you can cancel your Butter Travel Insurance policy. Here's how it works:

Within the cooling-off period: You have 21 days from the date you purchased your policy to cancel and receive a full refund. This gives you time to review the PDS and ensure the policy suits your needs.

Outside the cooling-off period: If you cancel after the 21-day period, Butter will provide a refund on a pro-rata basis (meaning you'll receive a portion back based on the unused time left on your policy).

Important conditions for refunds (both within and outside the cooling-off period):

Butter aims to process refunds within 15 business days after a cancellation is accepted.
