What optional extras can I add to my Potiki insurance?

Potiki’s optional benefits across its types of policies includes the following:

  1. Dental Illness benefit: generally, dental illness treatments have a 6 month waiting period from the commencement date of the first policy period in which you secured a dental cover. Remember to check which dental illnesses fall under your cover.
  2. Routine Care: These generally have no waiting period. During the policy period, if you have met with a few costs for the routine visits, then Potiki may make a payment for the applicable Routine Care limit(s) and Sub-limit(s).

  • Send in via the old-fashioned mail system.

Always remember to provide evidence, invoices, any comments from the vet and receipts that you might have received when filing a claim.
