We have been with the AWA Credit Union for 40 years. Since the closure of Alcoa, it is now the AWA Alliance bank, in conjunction with the Bendigo bank. We have had numerous loans, mortgages etc, with the credit union. They are always helpful and they know you personally. Especially us since we have been with them so long. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

AWA is a customer focused bank which is a rarity in Australia today. When you have to ring them they actually have real live Australians answer the phone in a timely manner. Their online facility is user friendly and when there is any problem they fix it and fast. The products offered are highly competitive and they offer sensible information regarding all products. I have banked with them for many years and they have always maintained excellent standards of service.
