Super fast and friendly service. Being able to talk directly with the manager no matter how tedious the enquiry. If an answer cannot be given immediately you will be kept up to date with what is happening, no waiting and wondering when or if they will get back to you. Just cannot recommend them more highly for customer service from top to bottom.
Heritage Isle credit union has provided low fee, personal service and very little in the way of red tape. The friendly staff are always willing to help and attend to your business as if you are the most important person they have met all day. That kind of service cannot be ignored.
