I have been with Bankstown City Credit Union since they first opened up. I have had a personal loan during that time and they were excellent when I made a few late payments. They never made me pay any extra for defaulting, they also gave $500 in a bonus for staying on when they merged with Unity Union and also their customer service is exceptional than any other bank as they go above and beyond to help. For example, there have been a few times I've needed a years worth of statements and never ever have they charged me. They where more than willing to print it out for me even though I have the Bank App and could've done it myself. I could keep on praising them but my memory isn't as good as it use to be.

Bankstown credit union is the best as my credit card interest has remained the same over the 25 years i have been a member.I have made numerous loans over this period and they have been great in understanding late payments,never defaulting me.Interests rates are competitive and the members rewards are terrific.I would highly recommend Bankstown credit union to anyone

As a previous member of the major banks I have found that the smaller community based bank is more human and they look after their clients better.
