There has been an increasing number of issues with the service from BOQ specialist. The app is slow and quite buggy. Online secure messages take a very long time to be answered. Bank statements have been missing / unavailable online. And the bank has been randomly charging interest instead of paying it on my savings account. Overall I am not impressed and will look at taking my business elsewhere

Online banking never works, app frequently has issues so you cannot access it & has very limited functions, high fees
Customer service is shocking. You will be placed on hold for hours and no one will answer your phone. I have waited on phone for over 1.5 hrs and ended up hanging up because i was tired and sick of hearing the "your call is important to us, please stay on the line". And i have called multiple times over many days and its exactly the same.
They do not respond to enquiries on their web site and requests for matters to be dealt with have been ignored. Their fees on savings accounts are excessive.
Sadly now a Dreadful bank after more than 15 years of investment. Suggest looking elsewhere.
Customer service is fantastic. That's what keeps me there.
