Excellent customer service, good features, fairly easy to use website. The biggest downsize is that if you forget your pin you have to replace the whole debit card which can take up to 10 days.
This institution is dedicated to members & family of fire brigades only. Service is always friendly & efficient. It's such a positive to always speak to a real person! Their products are highly competitive.
The Credit Union is good. The customer service is pretty good if you catch them on a good day. The only down fall I have with them was when I lost my debit card and it took six weeks to finally get a new one that worked!
