The customer service is individual and personal. The Fire Brigades Credit Union is a credit to their customers. They will do anything to help you out, and are extremely polite and courteous. I would never go back to a bank after dealing with these guys.
Absolutely exceptional customer service always. The only disadvantage is no local branch in Newcastle. The FBECU does everything it can to surmount this issue.
I like this bank as there are now more places to get money out from ATM's and not occur any fees. Its a credit union i can trust and who are easy to talk to.
