My bank are great to deal with but their mortgage rate could be more competitive
First option credit union is a small bank but it has great cumstomer service who are always there to help you. Competitive rates. They are always sending you information about their products and new updates. I cannot find any dislikes about them.
Your call is answered by a helpful person within seconds of ringing the office. You feel like its a personal bank and they really care. Love this credit union.
