Great customer service.

I like the Credit Union because of their friendly staff who are always willing to go out of their way to help you. Unfortunately they can not meet other financial institutions rates on Term Deposits.

Customer service in practise, not theory.

Horizon staff will talk to you about any problems you may have and explain what to do to cure any possible unwanted effects on your account and give everybody the same courtesy and respect.

Horizon Credit Union is efficient and competitive, with Term Deposits for example, we usually get special offers with much higher Long-term Interest Rates. The staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient, and show gueniune interest in all their customers. If I phone them, even with a trivial question, they are always quick, friendly and helpful. Their On-line services are terrific, and I have confidence in the security of their system.
