The staff and bank are very professional with a easy to access ATM's and there online services are very secure. The Warrnambool branch offers great services and products for all members of the community and a high community involvement with the WUNTA festival and there involvement financial and physically throughout the festival weekend.

southwest credit union,warnambool, vic, very comepetent to deal with, good service, and prompt, however, i reside in a town 110kms away, and earlier this year, they closed the sub-branch-agency, and i now i have to use an NAB branch for deposits and atm, which does incur more costs!!!
Credit Unions ROCK! We have banked with South West Credit for years now. We have other accounts with larger national banks, but the service recieved from the 'small guy' is far superior. The products and services offered are on a par with any of the major banks, BUT the staff at South West Credit care enough about customers to recommend the best product for your needs, not necessarily the one that will give them the highest commission. And when you walk in and they speak to you by name, it makes you feel valued. The staff are always friendly and courteous and if there is a problem they will fix it when they say they will.
They are great to deal with,very understanding and helpful.
