Impressive Customer Service, Staff who know how to provide the service you are seeking without the need to refer to another Staff member, and very competitive interest rates all add-up to one very impressive package
What a 'breath of fresh air' to move our Term Deposit from one of the 'Big 4' to The Mutual and receive, not only an extremely competitive interest rate, but a standard of Customer Service from staff who give you a strong impression that 'they care'! Plenty of positives and, to date, no negatives reinforces my decision to switch.
