Revolut launched in 2015 in the UK. It offers a variety of services including global spending, money transfers and share trading, all of which can be accessed through its app.
With an international spending feature available on all three of its cards (Standard, Premium & Metal), it might be a good option for international travellers. You can also send money abroad to 100+ countries in 40+ currencies at competitive exchange rates.

In that case, a 1% exchange fee will apply. It provides you with a safer online shopping option available with a chrome extension and international spending available on all its cards. It also offers commission free stock trades for which regulatory fees may apply.
You get discounted access to airport lounges with its Premium and Metal cards. This feature also gets you complimentary lounge access with SmartDelay, but only for flights delayed by an hour or more. (T&Cs apply).
Other than these major features, there are also simple ones that make your money matters easier to handle. For example, Revolut offers card freezing, a spending limit set-up and also helps you split bills easily. You can enjoy 24/7 priority customer service.
