There are two ways in which you can make a claim with Kogan Pet Insurance:
For both these types, you will be required to submit the invoice and your vet’s notes. If it is the first time that you’re making a claim, then Kogan will also require you to provide vet consultations notes for the life of your pet. If you have adopted your pet at a later age, then Kogan will also require you to provide them with the ownership date.
Before making a claim with Kogan Pet Insurance, make sure that you have made the full payment.
With a Kogan Pet Insurance policy you can cancel anytime. The cancellation will be effective once it has been confirmed by Kogan.

A pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining periods where premiums are paid annually minus the government and statutory charges applicable.
