I laughed when I was advised about getting travel insurance on my first trip to Bali at 18. I mean come on I was freshly turned 18, I knew what's best, I remember saying, I am an adult now. And not stupid!! We know 'everything' at that age. Or so I thought. In a foreign country medical care is limited and very expensive, thus the reasoning behind these policies. Luckily for me I eventually listened to my wise mother and was covered with insurance, mainly to shut her up. Turns out 'she told me so' literally. I will never ever live it down as long as I live! :) All jokes aside, my insurance company not only took a massive unforeseeable stress of me and my family, they also helped me with my slightly damaged pride :D .. And also saved my holiday from a bad regrettable early ending. I would recommend them to anybody sincerely, I think it was top class service and I couldn't possible have asked for more!
I think they are honest and cheap.
