    Outstanding customer service and claim assistance

    Unfortunately, I have had to make a couple of claims, one for money stolen during a break-in, and the other for car damages acquired by hitting 2 dogs on a 100 KPH country road over the crest of a hill. CCI proved most empathetic, courteous and immediate with their response; the car was assessed within 2 days and where questions needed to be answered, they were most helpful. Though based in Melbourne, it was as though CCI Headquarters was only 1 km away.

    Because CCI is a non profit company I am very happy to be a customer. I did initial matching of premiums and this was the best for me. Almost each year I receive a rebate, regardless of having made a claim or not.
