My nearest service contact is at least 450klm away from me, and every thing is contacted by EMail or phone and they do every thing for me and so efficiently even warnings as to maybe a scam before sending payments so they are like a family member to me and I have every thing with them for 20 years now
I have been with this credit union a long time, this shows how satisfied I am with them. If there is an issue they respond quickly and are always good to deal with. You can talk to them to discuss rates as well.
I have been with this credit union since its inception 40+ years ago. I have never had any problems with them. They have always been prepared to go the extra mile for me, and now that we have paid off our house and are morgage free, I have a little extra cash to work for me in a term deposit. SGE Credit Union will match any other interest rate, and infact are able to better it. However it's not only about the money, SGE has looked after me and I feel safe with them looking after my money.
