After a claim, they were quick to resolve with the other driver and handled it efficiently. Premiums are very competitive with other insurers. Would recommend.
Shopped around for best quote and HBF was the easiest to follow - simple pricing and explanations. I got a call back within two days and talked through what I needed from the policy and was helped to choose the best option (and not the most expensive). Friendly help that got me set up quickly and easily. The pros are friendly customer service, etc. The cons are they can forget to give you your claimed money so if you think you have unclaimed money from HBF make sure to contact them as soon as possible.
