I loved this travel insurance! Not only were they the cheapest but they had the most cover which included motorbike riding which was extremely important when traveling to Thailand as that's the best way to get around and it also covered terrorism which most of the companies don't cover.
After spending hours of my life reviewing the fine print, we found that for a four month trip Ouch was pretty seamless when it comes to coverage. Sure, there are some holes with regard to rental cars / motor homes, so you you might want to add rental car insurance when you're in the US too. Just to be safe.
