I have only been with People's Choice for a 18 months. The policy looks good and reads well but I have been fortunate not to make a claim. I can walk to the Credit Union and talk to someone straight away which is great. My previous insurer was by phone or website which was difficult as I don't always understand the accent. I prefer to go to an office and have face to face customer service as that is reassuring.
A wonderful bank, always happy to help in any situation they can to keep their members happy. Every branch has free espresso coffee and water plus can feel free to take a seat and read the paper. They also have iPads to keep the kiddies occupied too!
