Want to hear what real customers think of Simply Energy’s products and services? We’ve asked the Mozo community and here’s what they had to say.
Peak and off peak prices are very high. Today was the first time in over 8 years to be on some sort of plan. Signed up 8 years ago promising to be cheaper than our old provider which was not correct.
I've only left out the energy efficiency (green) section of these answers as neutral as I haven't really been made aware as to what efforts they are taking to be more environmentally friendly. Value for money is absolutely terrific, we have ours bundles with our RACV membership for a discount.
Great customer aervice, no issues with service (outside of general/neighbourhood faults etc) and fantastic discount.
