This is available for the first 5 years, after which the interest rate will increase by 0.40%.

As the name suggests, the home loan comes with a free offset account, which can help you save on interest if utilised correctly. You’ll also be able to make extra contributions on top of your scheduled repayments, and retrieve them using the free redraw facility if you feel they’d be better served back in your pocket.
