They are not looking after long term Home Loan Customers, there Interest Rates are high. For a new Home Loan they have much lower Interest Rates than they will give me.

St George Bank has been my bank for over 15 years. They’re a good bank but they’re not great. When I’m negotiating a better interest rate with them, I have to prove to them that I have another bank wanting my business and offering me a better deal. I should not have to do that. I have 3 properties with them. They should just give me the best deal in order to keep me.

1. Treat new and existing customers unfairly. 2. The interest rates that offering to the existing customers with long-term relationship, excellent repayment records, low LVR is 0.50%p.a. higher than other participants in the market. 3. The customer retention hotline provides poor service.
