After hitting 250,000 customers, Elon Musk has upped his Starlink satellite broadband prices. Starlink dropped the news to its customers via email, explaining that “the sole purpose of these adjustments is to keep pace with rising inflation.”

Young homebuyers could be better off investing in Adelaide

According to new Corelogic data, property sales are slowly dropping across the country despite sky-high prices and red-hot auction lots. However, smaller capital cities seem to be the exception.

It appears that young homebuyers with smaller loan limits may want to steer clear of major cities like Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra and instead check out the likes of Brisbane or Adelaide for cheaper options.
