Well where do I start after ringing road side assist telling them I needed a battery , and the bike would need trailer , they sent out a guy nice bloke but got outta said I no nothing about bikes sorry , gbike made it a 100 meters then dead had to organize my self a motorcycle trailer guy from a bike shop came out after work picked my bike up took it to his repair shop next day picked it up but what the use in having road side assist if your left to do it your self and out of pocket ,stuck at Phillip Island
I've been with Shannons for over 10 years now. I have claims several times and found their customer to be excellent. When claiming I was overwrought with stress and the customer service team took the worry away and made me feel safe and not a fool. They calmed me down and took over my claim , quotes and forms. Thye have easy to lodge online claim forms and have accepted every claim from hail damage to accidential damage. I wouldn't go with no other company.
