Great rates, lots of account flexibility and despite not having many branches, easy to deal with. Still easy to deposit/withdraw money at a Post Office so no need for the branch.
Excellent friendly customer service that goes above and beyond every time I have a simple or complicated query. Particularly suitable if you are computer savvy as branches are not always convenient. Good interest rates and a high level of security which heightens trust in their ability to keep my money safe.

I'm a student and living at home with my parents, so I find this bonus saver account very convenient for my savings, and the interest rates are really good. Customer service has always been polite and efficient.
They do have good interest rates, but if you make a withdrawal, the interest rate drops dramatically. You're better off using a normal savings account in the end

If you have a certain amount in a savings a/c or in a loan a/c, then they absorb all ATM fees, enabling customers to use any ATM free. Also, they SMS you if funds have been transferred out of your a/c to check if it was you.
