    Putting money before people

    After making a general inquiry to our insurer, asking if our problem was something we could put a claim in for, we were told they were not certain, but if we paid $300 there and then, they could put forth our information for further consideration. This was forced several times throughout the conversation and was not something I was comfortable in doing, just to get a yes or no answer. The phone call ended there. Not one hour later, a different representative from our insurance company called, to let us know the outcome.... WITHOUT having to pay the $300!

    Excellent customer relations

    Had a claim for rain damage and the speed with which an assessor was sent and the money for required repairs was authorised, was very quick. With no follow up calls about my claim progress needed, which was a great help and peace of mind.
