I love Racq bank because I get the benefit of having access to Racq roadside assistance, perks at movies theatres, dream/movie world, restaurants etc. I haven’t had any cons with RACQ yet.
RACQ bank is very responsive to my needs. Even though there are no branches in Tasmania my phone calls or emails are answered quickly and in a friendly manner and online banking is simple and secure. I'm a customer for life!
I have always received great customer service with my bank, if i have had an queries or concerns the staff have been educated in their product/services. It has been sometime since I have looked at other companies offerings, but at the moment it fits me well

Everyday Account offers straightforward transaction with no account keeping or ongoing fees. Everyday Account gives you access to your money 24/7 through internet and mobile banking. I use the helpful phone assistance when my computer can't access the internet.
RACQ is a smaller bank where you can speak directly to your contact personally, either over the phone or in the branch A very personable approach that makes me feel important to their bank, I can also use the big 4 ATMs at no charge.
Took over Queensland Teacher's Mutual Bank and the services and product declined substantially.
Was previously QTMB and has recently merged with RACQ to become a bank. They have not been in operation for long so I haven't had a lot of dealings yet.
RACQ Bank was a take-over from QTMB. We have not had any problems since the take-over.
