What is Afterpay Day?
Afterpay Day is a massive online and in-store Australian sale event that typically takes place twice a year (usually in March and August). Shoppers can score up to 70% off from a long list of retailers.
In addition, Afterpay releases daily prizes during the sale, so be sure to keep an eye on the Afterpay website!
When is Afterpay Day?
Despite the name, Afterpay Day goes for more than just a day. In fact, it goes for four days straight.
The first Afterpay Day sale of 2023 starts at 8am on Thursday, the 16th of March and will continue for four days until midnight on the 19th of March.
Afterpay usually has about two ‘Afterpay Day’ sales per year. This year, the first one is in March – the second one is still yet to be confirmed, however.
Do you need an Afterpay account to shop the sales?
Nope! You do not need an Afterpay account to shop in the Afterpay Day sales. You can just checkout as per usual and use your preffered of payment method.
If you would like to make a purchase using Afterpay, then so long as the retailer you’re shopping with allows payments to be made with Afterpay (which is quite likely if they’re participating in Afterpay Day sales), then you should be able to select this payment option at the checkout.
How to unlock exclusive Afterpay Day deals:
For the first time ever, Afterpay is giving their Pulse Rewards customers the opportunity to start shopping exclusive offers the day before the sales open to the public (15 March).
