With Christmas fast approaching, it’s time to start prepping for Amazon's next big sale on Boxing Day.

When will Amazon’s Boxing Day sales start?

Last year, Amazon started their Boxing Day sales two days early, with deals starting at the stroke of midnight on Christmas Eve. It’s rumoured this will happen again this year so be sure to keep your eyes out for deals starting before 26 December.

It’s also worth keeping an eye on Amazon in the lead up to Christmas because the deals can start early.

Some deals are already live including sales on Beats Studio 3 Wireless headphones and iRobot Roomba Robot Vacuum! Details on these items are down below. 

How long will Amazon Boxing Day sales run?

Over the last two years, Amazon’s Boxing Day sales have run until 28 December and this should be the case this year.

This doesn’t mean that popular items won’t sell out beforehand - be sure to get in quickly so you don’t miss out!

What will be on sale?

Recent Amazon Sales have seen good deals across tech, homeware, sport and outdoor goods, beauty and fashion, meaning that there should be a similarly wide range of sale items in 2022.

Consider Amazon’s Black Friday sales just last month, which offered great deals on PlayStation and Xbox consoles - if you’re interested in these devices, make sure you’re ready to pounce come Boxing Day!

Further still, last year’s Boxing Day Sales saw discounts on popular items such as Apple Airpods, Samsung Galaxy phones, Nintendo Switch and Beats Headphones. So it’s likely these items will also be on offer this year.

Do I need an Amazon Prime membership?

Unlike Amazon Prime Day sales, you don’t need an Amazon Prime membership to shop Amazon’s Boxing Day event.

However, being a member does come with perks such as giving you access to free fast shipping as well as any potential deals that are only available to Prime members. A membership also gives you access to Amazon’s streaming service, Prime Video.
