Cheaper Deals. Same Energy

Energy providers often change their pricing and plans, so if you’ve never compared your energy provider before, chances are there is a much cheaper deal out there! Your energy costs are due to a combination of factors, such as where you live, your usage charges and your plan options. We help you compare energy prices in minutes so you can see if there is a cheaper deal available.

To get the best results, have a recent bill handy. If you don't have one, that's ok but we'll only be able to give you estimates based on average usage.

*To calculate the potential savings figure Mozo identified the lowest plan provided by Mozo and highest cost plan in each energy distributor state region based on the average residential usage in that state. The costs data used across the state is current at 17 August 2020. Not all plans will be available via the Mozo energy comparison service. Your individual usage and location, along with which plan you are on and which plans are available on the Mozo site at any given time, will vary the savings you may be able to achieve using the Mozo energy comparison service.

Energy Provider Reviews

EnergyAustralia Electricity
Overall 7/10
Carbon Neutral Option & App Easy To Use

I’m with EnergyAustralia because they were the only provider I could use in my area. They have a nice discount system and allow concession card discounts, however, the flat rate fee to just have the electricity on is extortionate. I don’t think this is an issue unique to EnergyAustralia, unfortunately that’s just how the electricity prices are currently. Otherwise, I like that they provide a carbon neutral option, their app is easy to navigate, and customer service are very helpful, prompt, and professional. I’m glad that they’re investing in and offering renewables -they’re are the future after all.

Origin seems OK..

Origin has a great customer support system. App is easy to use and great to see a predicted bill amount Not sure if their prices are competitive though Not sure what they do for the environment

AGL Electricity
Overall 6/10
Efficient but expensive

Expensive but efficient. A good service when they upgraded my power box though. They seem to be very efficient and reliable but not competitively priced.
