I like the flexibility of this financial institution that offers banking that suits me. I like the physical location of my nearest branch, along with the phone support direct to the branch. The service team are always so very helpful and courteous and go beyond to meet my needs.

Their savings account is good - I can split the savings towards different goals without having to create new accounts. This way I get more savings. Their service is good - the app is friendly unlike CBA. I would recommend for a debit account.

They may lack in branches, but defence bank make that up in their knowledge, products and amazing customer service. I have been with defence bank since I was 13 and will never change. They are one of the best. Being able to call the local branch and get help instantly is amazing when your stressed about something on your account. When going into the branch, you feel like you are talking to a friend as the people that work there rarely change (which says alot about the kind of bank they are). Would recommend this bank over the large banks if you really want to feel looked after.

Beyond Bank is staffed by knowledgeable, responsible people, unlike many banks these days. It feels safe and secure, but also like they are helping you personally in a way a big bank never does. I love going in person, but their online interface is easy to use. If you want to stand in a long queue waiting for somebody to help you, you should go to one of the big banks. If you want quick service, and a seat while you wait, Beyond Bank is for you.

Service from Stafford branch pathetic. Young man serving knowledge was very poor, communication not acceptable. Overall experience in two dealing with him leaves poor impression on training provided to staff. rating 0/10
