Citi Clear Credit Card review

Great!

I like this bank because they offer low rates, and the interest free period of 18 months on my credit card was much longer than what other banks offered.

20 years a customer and counting.

I like this bank as in the past they have been very quick to alert me when my credit card has had suspicious activity. They also have affordable insurance and I have saved money when they have offered to re-review my policies. I have not liked the renovations in which tellers have been taken away and offices take their place or staff direct you to the teller machines outside. I prefer to look someone in the eye when I'm handing over my hard earned money.

Fix poor loop holes for customer satisfaction

I cannot understand why the bank can't send an immediate alert when any account is overdrawn so that you have an opportunity to fix it. Consequently the automated service charges an overlimit fee. Technology should be used to improve customer experience instead of punish them.
